Lipo Laser for Banana Roll?

Question

I've been researching the best option to improve the appearance of my banana roll. I consulted my situation with a doctor and he says that the banana roll is due to excess fat accumulating in a certain area. He said that he wouldn't suggest liposuction because if too much fat was removed from my upper thigh under my butt, my butt would sag! Would lipo laser be a better option? or do you think this could cause my butt to sag also? If not lipo laser.. any other suggestions?

What the surgeon with whom you consulted told you is correct to a certain extent. The banana roll is a difficult area to treat. It is one area where caution and conservatism certainly pay off, since aggressive liposuction of the banana roll can disrupt the lattice of deep dermal-fascial attachments that lend shape and support to this area.
