For years I’ve felt like there is something “out of balance” on my face that drags it down/makes it look unfeminine. I’m unsure if it’s the shape of my nose tip/nostrils or the area between my lip and nose. My question: Would a lip lift create more facial harmony, or would it make my nose look even larger/wider? Is it best to get a lip lift done at the same time as a nose tip surgery or alarplasty, or should they be done separately for healing? I feel like the bridge is okay.

A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. It does not appear you would benefit from a lip lift.

An upper lip lift would be the worst thing for you. If you have too much upper lip show already then it would make things worse. You will most likely need some of the mucosa excised posteriorly to roll your lip back inward.
