I've had buccal fat removal, rhinoplasty and orthognathic surgery along with genioplasty. however, my side still isn't looking the way I want. Like I want a shorter and curvier philtrum while having a bigger upper lip since my lower lip is bigger already. Also my cheek has this weird line and looks saggy so not sure what would fix that problem....
