My philtrum is short but my upper teeth still don't show. Is there anything I can do? (Photos)

I don't know if i'd be qualified for a lip lift or not, as i don't want it to look unnatural but i'm wondering if there's anything i can do to correct this problem i have where my upper teeth don't show.
