Normally for lip augmentation I don't use a full 1 cc unless the patient is really looking for volume to plump the lips up. In most instances, patients are concerned about the vertical upper lip lines and by injecting dermal fillers such as Restylane along the border between the pink part of the lip and the flesh-colored part (vermillion-cutaneous junction), you accomplish a smoothing of the lower quarter inch of the vertical line as well as give the upper lip more definition. Some women like the upper and lower lips to have the same amount of fullness, other women like the lower lip to be 50% larger than the upper lip. For this reason it's important to discuss with your doctor would goal you're trying to achieve.

Our office charges between $500-$550 depending on if we are running any specials for 1cc of Restylane. The price of Restylane varies from doctor to doctor. Just make sure you have a educated injector.

We charge $500 per one full syringe of Restylane.  A 1/2 syringe (0.5cc) is priced at $350.00.  Whether or not to use a full or half syringe depends on one's facial features and treatment goals.  Areas around the lips may also be treated to compliment the mouth.

We agree that pricing is important, but finding a skilled practitioner  should be top of the list when doing your research.  Choose someone that involves you in the treatment plan and provides before/after photos.

Restylane is an effective dermal filler that can be used to recontour the face and lips. Restylane is typically sold by the syringe. The amount of syringe is that you will need for your treatment he penned on the areas that you would like treated and how much is necessary to achieve your aesthetic goals. The price of a single syringe of Restylane can range from $600-$800. Keep in mind that you may need more than one syringe to achieve the goal or look that you want.

As everyone has said price varies coast to coast. In northern Virginia I charge $600/syringe. I think it doesn't matter too much which filler to use other than the fact that some such as Juvederm Ultra Plus will last much longer than Restylane or Pravelle Silk. It really does depend on the injector not the product.

Filler prices vary from coast to coast.  As you can see from the other answers, the price really does vary!  Don't be so bogged down on price.  Find a qualified person who does nice work.  Usually the quality results are well worth the few extra bucks.
