I think as you heal, your breasts will go through many different sensory changes.  The muscle usually holds the implant up until it relaxes. This may be related to muscle spasm, and I suppose it is possible to feel it relax a bit.

two weeks after breast surgery is very early in your post-operative recovery. Funny sensations that are temporary are quite common at this early stage. These unlikely anything significant is going on. Consult with your surgeon.

Elena, in a situation like you describe is more likely that you felt the implant move downward within the pocket, from a position where it may have become displaced while you were sleeping.  Implant settling into place is generally a slow process during which time the soft tissue support relaxes and accommodates the implants, allowing them to move into proper position. I do use implant displacement massage routinely as a means of limiting post-op discomfort, and limiting long-term pocket constriction, and it demonstrates the phenomenon of implant motion within the pocket at the link below.  I hope that this helps.
