At 2 weeks, you are still very early in your healing process. I typically advise my patients to wait a good 4-6 months to see their final shape because implants tend to drop and settle during this time. Give your body time to fully heal and if you are still concerned about your appearance, contact your operating surgeon to discuss your worries. Best of luck for great results!

Thanks for the question. At 2 weeks post op, it is way too early to make any comment on your final appearance.  You have nipple asymmetry, although you indicate that it was present pre op.  If your breasts were symmetrical in size, and you had the same size implants placed, I would expect that you will ultimately achieve an equal size.  It can take up to 6 months for your final results to be reached.  Be patient, but discuss your concerns with your surgeon.  Best regards.

Hi SxcCherryLips2 weeks post op is too early to predict results. If you were asymmetrical to begin with, it is highly likely that you will be asymmetrical afterwards. Using the same size implants may not have been the best idea if your breast volumes were different in the first place, but the relative volume difference will be less after your procedure. However, because an implant increases the thickness of your chest wall, nipple position asymmetries tend to be exaggerated after breast augmentation.I would give it at least 3 months before worrying too much.Good LuckDr Gavin Sandercoe
