Almost 8 weeks post-op breast augmentation, 745cc. Is my incision infected? Spitting suture? (Photo)

It started looking like a pimple with pus last night. I applied neosporin and by this morning it had popped. I've been applying neosporin all day today and for some reason I notice the hole a little bigger and seems a little deeper since it popped. I have emailed my PS and still no response I would like to know if my incision is infected? Spitting suture? Body trying to push knot? Is my implant infected? I am so worried! Is there anything I can do from home while I wait for my PS to answer me Please help!
