Lines/veins when smiling, is there a solution for this? (photos)

Forehead veins can be treated by sclerotherapy with very excellent results.  Veins at the bridge of the nose are called angular veins and should not be treated as they drain directly into the brain.

we treat veins in the forehead routinely; treating these may make the veins around the bridge of the nose smaller. Veins at the bridge of the nose themselves, however, cannot be treated because they drain directly into veins which also drain the brain and eyes, so are not safe to close. 

Thanks for your question and posting a picture.  You sound normal.  If this really bothers you, you might consider some baby Botox to reduce the muscle movement.  You also might be suffering from some volume loss in your face that would require a little dermal filler.  Look for an experienced injector in your area with excellent reviews.  Do not go to the cheapest provider.  You will get what you pay for.  I hope this helps.
