I would like to know how long I must wait after liposuction and BBL to be able to use a vibrating exercise machine?

I had my liposuction and first BBL on Aril 2nd, and a second procedure, on April 22nd. This second procedure was done to insert more of my fat, that was kept frozen from my liposuction, into my butt; since most of the fat from the original BBL was absorbed. I have a vibrating machine that I used before my surgery. My normal routine was ten minutes long, ever6yday. My question is, how much time post-op must I wait to be able to use it?

Hello dear!! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. I recommend my patients to wait at least 4 weeks before resuming their workout routine (cardio, lift, etc.). If you have any concerns, I suggest you follow up close with your plastic surgeon. Hope this is helpful. Good luck :)
