I know you can kind of lower a nostril side but can you lift it?

Volumizing Fillers, injected into the base of the columella, the cartilaginous separation between the nostrils, has been used successfully for years, either alone or in combination with microdroplets of Botox injected in the small muscles located in the same area, to raise the tip of the nose. I have been performing this routinely for more than a decade. I am hoping that this is what was meant by "lift a nostril." If not, you will need to be more specific in your question and best to supply a photo.

The nasal tip can be lifted with injectable fillers that are placed in the columella ie. the tissue that supports the nasal tip.Suitable injectables are hyaluronic acid or calcium based  injectables
