Yes, liposuction for this area can work but you have loose skin that would require a mon's lift for best results. Approximate price would be in the 1500-2500 dollar range.

It seems to me that the area doesn't just have excess fat there, but excess skin as well. This is why it forms more of a "pouch" which I bet feels kind of loose. My suspicion is that if you suction this area, you may get a reduction in the size of the pouch but it will act like a deflated balloon and sag, which you very well may find unacceptable. Of course, you would need to get examined in person, but I bet you would be much happier if you had skin excised at the same time to make the area very smooth, firm and tight, not deflated and loose. Liposuction of the mons pubis is frequently done in conjunction with liposuction of the lower abdomen.  In patients who have good skin elasticity, liposuction has good results.  In patient's with significant laxity, a surgical procedure may be warranted.  Make sure to seek out a physician who is an expert in liposuction and has performed this procedure numerous times.
