Is it possible to not have acne come back without reaching the cumulative dose of Accutane? Like a possibility? (Photo)

I was unable to complete my accutane course. I was on it for 6 months. I took 40 mg a day. But i skipped a lot of days throughout that course due to side effects. Not in a row but a day here and there. I basically took a little over 105 mg per kg. I had so much flushing i had to stop. Im worried it will return though. My mom had accutane as well 20 years ago about the same amount and her acne never came back. But im so nervous. My acne was on my body and face and was gone after month 1.
