From the photos, which primarily show dilated pores and one or two ice pick scars, it would appear that you would be a good candidate for TCA CROSS. If this is not available to you, microneedling can be considered. No need for the bells and whistles and additional expense that goes with it of radiofrequency. Performed by an experienced physician, medical microneedling has also been shown to be helpful for cases such as this. C02 laser, like old-fahsioned, aggressive dermabrasion would be overkill in my opinion and would risk scarring and dyspigmentation problems. Make sure that you consult with an experienced board certified aesthetic physician. It's worth bearing in mind that the nose is a very prominent and central area of the face and that it might be worth traveling to find a qualified doctor that is experienced in TCA CROSS, rather than settling on some other treatment approach whose results you may be stuck with for life. Hope this helps.
Either MN with RF or Fraxel ablative C02 are good options but the choice depends upon the downtime you are willing to give.C02 is better but has more downtime. Also if its pore size that you are trying to improve, remember that it is genetically determined and may come back after the treatment sessions are done.Good luck!
