I think my face looks decent from the front, but my side profile looks (and I say this as a dog lover) very 'pug-like'. Fantastic look on a cute housepet, not such a great look on a human male. What procedure can help remedy this?

i believe you are referring to the side profile assessment that your midface looks recessed (pushed back) compared to your chin/jawline which has more forward projection. This is most pronounced at the level of your infraorbital rims and less so down by the base of the nose. This is ideally treated by a custom midface implant that can be designed to specifically treat your type of midface deficiency.
