Hi Xirenex,You can safely use self-tanner or get a spray tan on your body while undergoing laser hair removal on your face. There is no danger involved in sun exposure immediately after laser hair removal (although that's assuming you always wear spf30+ & sunprotection clothing). The issue is...

This needs a formal evaluation for treatment including skin care and possible laser treatments.  hyperpigmentation needs lightening and hypopigmentation needs latisse and fractional lasers.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Looks like burns that can be treated with skin care and pulsed dye laser. I suggest waiting some time before considering another treatment.  Best, Dr. Emer.
