Can IPL cause pores to enlarge? (photo)

I had ipl for second time today. First time they said they used a strength of 24. I said it hadn't done much. She said she could go as high as 30. She did. Now I have huge pores - I've never had visible pores. What is going on??

IPL is a great treatment for facial rejuvenation. Redness and swelling are normal for a few days after a treatment. When swollen pored may appear enlarged. This resolves slowly over time. Full results are seen approximately four weeks after a treatment. Patience is important. Please consult with a doctor for specific recommendations. Good luck!
