The very fact that you ask means that we all don't know all the negative effects of marijuana and vaping, so why take the chance? Until someone does a study that shows vaping and pot are safe before surgery, the best course of action for patients is not to take chances with their health. Incidentally I doubt many patients would ever sign up for such a study, so in truth we may never know.
I think that there are a lot of issues with marijuana in general and the chemicals in vaping. Why risk your results of surgery by vaping at all?
I would be very surprised if any plastic surgeon would condone the use of marijuana in any form prior to breast reduction. Personally no vaping, no ecigs, no smoking, no nicotine etc.
