Hello, I have been wanting to do orthognathic surgery (not injection/fillers) for a long time. My profile is receded & I'm determined to enhance it, I realized that my face/side profile looks much better when both jaws are rotated upwards & moved forward with emphasis on "rotated upwards, I attached a before & after photo I edited to show the kinda result I want, I already put braces on. I would like to know if its possible to do both of these procedures on my jaws to get the desired profile.

You can have a combination of an 'upper jaw' surgery to raise the maxilla/upper jaw and reduce the gummy smile, if present. Cheek implants at the same procedure can then improve the cheekbone zone. Not uncommon and you can maintain the same bite.
