Donor area after one year. Is it normal? (Photo)

I don't see anything unusual in this pictures. However, you need to be evaluated by a doctor in person. We usually do a microscopic evaluation to examine the donor density. Also are you taking propecia? was medical management discussed to prevent shock loss after the procedure?

I'm not sure how the grafts were taken, thus, it's difficult to determine what needs to be done to correct this. Regarding the feeling in the donor site, this should be normal after a year. If it is not, it still can improve after a year, but the chance of this is less and less with advancing time. 
Certainly your crown could use more grafts, but the donor site must be considered by an expert before embarking on another grafting session.
A personal assessment by your surgeon or another hair transplant specialist is necessary to determine your next step and how the grafts are taken with your history of numbness.

It depends which technique was used. It’s tough to tell from the picture. Make sure to be examined first to make sure there is sufficient donor for another transplant.
