Will my breasts continue to get smaller after a breast reduction? 3 weeks post op.

At 3 weeks post op you are still very swollen you have to give them time and let the swelling subside this can take 3-6 months so just be patient and continue to follow up with your PS.

It is too early to judge your final results from your breast reduction.  Be sure you are not overdoing it, wear a comfortable compression bra and lie down intermittently during day for a few minutes to allow swelling to decrease.  It takes about 6 months to see final results.  It is always possible to do a revision if needed later.
