I have layers of skin unevenly missing from my nose after years of squeezing my pores. Can they be regenerated with a procedure?

Sunny90s
I used to squeeze my pores continuously to excrete sebaceous filaments that I thought were a problem. But now I have really damaged skin on my nose. There are uneven levels of these layers, in the form of patches (it looks a bit like a topographic map now). Could a laser resurfacing or dermabrasion procedure lend skin from the higher layers on the topography (per say) of my skin to the lower layers (where skin is now lost) and even it all out or even regenerate the lost layers? I'm 24 yrs; male.
