Is Dermapen a good option for me? (photos)

I have punctured my face and I have red marks (photos) on my cheeks and next to my nose I have enlarged pores. (I am using the translator, sorry if something is not well written) I want to know if the Dermapen is a good option for me, or I should go with you and I should do an analysis. I have come to think that I have rosacea too. I am looking forward to your response. Thank U
