Is this lasting redness normal? 4 weeks post tattoo removal. (photo)

It´s 4 week after my 1st treatment. It is only in the area where the ink was. Can the ink turn into this color? Or it will hopefully heal to the normal colour of my skin?

Yes we can remove these tattoos with lasers. Picoway laser is one of the best for this as it can remove any color tattoo on any color skin.  This tattoo has a lot of blues, greens and reds in it.  I would speak to a laser tattoo specialist about removing this.

It is difficult to say without photos. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a laser tattoo removal expert. I also suggest the PFD patch in the future. Best, Dr. Emer

This can be removed with laser tattoo removal. Tattoos should be removed with q switched or pico lasers. We also use the pfd patch to help speed up the process. It will take a series of treatments. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a laser tattoo removal expert. Best, Dr. Emer
