What would you recommend; Laser or Vaser for Buffalo Hump?

Buffalo humps are fat and fibrous tissue combined so things that only melt or loosen fat don't work on them very well so lasers and ultrasound do minimal. You have to break up the fibrous tissue as well and the only thing that will do a good job of that is the power assisted cannulas. Laser. vaser or whatever lipo you chose may or may not remove the buffalo hump successfully. Soemtimes a direct excision is necesary. Best of luck.
