I have Type III - Type IV skin with discoloration and darkening on my knees and elbows, inner thighs, and around the anus. It's been a problem my entire adult life. Which laser(s) will help even out and brighten my skin in those areas? Will CO2/Erbium or radiofrequency with microneedling work? I've tried chemical peels and have not noticed a difference.

In our practice, we use the CO2 laser for many different applications such as skin rejuvenation or to treat acne scars. It helps tighten the skin, reducing the appearance of wrinkles. We also employ treatments such as microneedling RF to tighten the skin as well.
