Lasers don't treat hair transplant scars.  There are many types of lasers and other methods such as dermabrasion to treat scars, but non of them effectively treats hair transplant scars.  Make a point to see several doctor to confirm this and some may offer a trial.  Unfortunately bad hair transplant results are permanent.  There may be ways to hide it but not get rid of it.

There are laser treatment options for scarring, such as the Fraxel Dual or Fraxel Repair lasers. However, I specialize in hair transplant repair cases like yours, wherein the results yielded little to no growth and scarring is a problem. Fleming-Mayer Flap to treat baldness and remove scars from transplants can "kill 2 birds with 1 stone". This would need to be done as we have for more than 35 years with a tissue expander placement IF your donor sites are not overly scarred.

 

 

 

 

 

The best way to manage this is to get hair transplants by a doctor who is known for predictable results. This will hide the skin deformies best.
