I know that the fat goes through the liver, but it gets flushed when u drink lots of water... This liposuction there is no cutting....

The health of our liver will need to be assessed before surgery is considered.  Liposuction results are highly surgeon dependent.  Find a plastic  
surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of liposuction  
procedures each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before
 and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the  
results.

Liposuction, including laser liposuction should not result in a problem of "fatty liver". However, if a patient has a history of liver disease, they should check with their primary physician before undergoing any surgery, including a liposuction. Best wishes.
