I have dark skin. Which procedure is better for black women, microdermabrasion or a chemical peel? I have acne scars on my cheeks, chin, and fine lines near my eyes (39 years old). I am afraid I will scar my skin further because I do suffer from hyperpigmentation. Is there a procedure out there for me?

I would recommend waiting at least a week after laser hair removal before having a microdermabrasion treatment. However, if you have any complications (such as a blister) from the laser, then you should wait until that is completely healed, which could be up to two weeks.
