Hi and thanks for the question. Unfortunately it's impossible to answer. The way I explain this to my patients is that measuring cup size is nothing like measuring shoe size. If someone wears a size 7 shoe, they could wear basically anybody else's shoe that is a size 7. With cup size, it's totally different. If you looked at 10 women who said that they all wore a C cup bra, you would find that those 10 breasts are all quite different with regards to shape and size. All patients where their bras differently. I work very closely with a bra fitting specialist who has told me that around 80% of her clients come in wearing a bra that is not appropriate for them. So what is a C or a D cup? hard to say. I do a lot of breast reconstruction, and what I tell my patients is that it is far more important to like the size and shape of the breasts you see in the mirror than to focus on what cup size you are. At the end of the day, if you like what you see in the mirror, the cup size doesn't really matter. Not sure this is going to help you. But it gives you something to think about. Best of luck to you.
