I've noticed his change in the last few years; I've also noticed that one side of my face is fuller than the other. Haven't had by fillers in over two years. Would Boox help in this situation? Thanks! I'm 55 y/o btw

Answer: Widening of the face while smiling The increase in the width of the face while smilingis something that is seen in every single individual. Every single individual also has one side of the face wider than the other and in approximately 90% of individuals it is the left side that is slightly wider than the right. The increase in the width of the face occurs because the muscles of the smile pull up the cheeks making the face look somewhat fuller. This is all normal and it should not have any need for Botox treatments. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City plastic surgery
