How soon after PDO Threads can I get Botox?

Question

Hello, I had pdo threads done on my under eye area, 3 threads each side for crows feet. This was about a week ago. Is it okay to have botox done on my crows feet now or should I wait longer? Thank you.

Hello, thank you for your question.Yes you can do botox now. PDO threads will be creating connective tissue for the upcoming 3 months, softening the crows feet. Botox will minimise the contraction of the muscle providing a better environment for the threads to work.

Hi, thanks for your question. As long as you feel fine, and you are healing well following your thread lift treatment, you should be fine to have Botox done one week following your thread lift. If you still have concerns don't hesitate to ask your provider for their recommendation.

PDO threads and botox can be done on the same day. if you are nervous you can wait 1-2 weeks for PDO to heal then do the botox. It would be totally fine to have Botox injected in the crow's feet area after thread placement in the tear trough region. Always consult with a board certified medical practitioner for your aesthetic treatments.
