I wouldn't say that you're skin would worsen after you discontinue the treatments, but your body will begin to age as it normally would, which would likely lead to some cellulite production and sagging.

VelaShape, although a great for the treatment of cellulite, it is not a permanent fix. If you are undergoing VelaShape, you should expect to continue maintenance after your initial group of treatments. If you do decide to discontinue your treatments, your cellulite will not necessarily get worse, but the normal aging process will continue.
