I would like to know if Velashape III (or II) or Venus Freeze (or Legacy) would be the best option for me?

I am researching procedures to help with cellulite on my butt and thighs as well as some sagging skin in these areas.

HA fillers have no effect on Accutane or Vice Versa, so it is fine to have your Voluma treatment. you can still have Velashape if you're on Accutane, you may not have laser hair removal or IPL photofacials however. Please consult with your medical professional. Good luck and be well...

No, VelaShape does not worsen the appearance of cellulite.  If Velashape is not maintained or if  eating habits regress  and exercise habits change or worsen, then cellulite will return faster than usual

This is something I recommend to all my patients post procedure. I have them start 2-3 weeks later and have them do a series of 3-6 treatments as their are dieting and exercising.  This helps the tissue to heal, tightens the skin, and improves cellulite and swelling.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Third Generation of Velashape uses infrared Light, Bipolar Radio Frequency, Vaccum and message. With a series of treatments, spread out a week apart the velashape 3 does significantly reduce the appearance of cellulite. Proper hydration is impertive as well as a modearte level of activity.
