I would like to know if Velashape III (or II) or Venus Freeze (or Legacy) would be the best option for me?

There are many options, I use a combination of velashape and venus legacy for improvement but this is not permanent it requires long term treatment.  Cellulaze and subcision/cellfina give more permanent improvements but still require additional treatments to maintain.  See a body contouring expert.
