I have significant facial sun damage (photodamage with uneven texture and pigmentation) and have already undergone a full-face CO₂ laser resurfacing approximately six months ago. While there was improvement, I appear to have reached a plateau, and I am trying to understand whether any further meaningful improvement is medically realistic — and if so, what the most appropriate next step would be.
