EMSculpt, not CoolSculpting, will help your abdominal muscles. I would not waste money on more CoolSculpting treatments since they did not help initially. For excess fat, liposuction works much better. You can still have EMSculpt with a polyp.

Based on what you describe it sounds like you need a full tummy tuck. If you are done having children and that is the correct procedure. To get an accurate quality assessment and better understanding of treatment options that work I suggest having multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons.

Cool sculpting has the lowest effectiveness and lowest patient satisfaction of any body contouring procedure. I have met more people who developed idiopathic fat growth from this treatment than I have patients who thought they got good results. When cool sculpting actually works it tends to leave what looks like cell phone imprints from the defined suction devices.

It is a temporary treatment that is ideal for individuals who have tight skin and very thin layers of subcutaneous fat.

There are no non-surgical options that are going to correct pregnancy related abdominal changes.

Weight loss and exercise are probably far more effective than the treatments you’ve described.
