I've read that implants in the U.S are semi solid silicone and are either round or oval. I also read about a new implant that a surgeon in Hollywood invented- it apparently doesn't flip, and the shape is oval-round (?) Im curious to know which brands you like to use for intramuscular or sub muscular. Feel free to add a link. Thanks!

Answer: Semi Solid? Semi solid Implants are a thing of the past, its like having a brick in your buttocks and they almost never feel as natural as high cohesive silicone gel butt implants. I do know that they are not FDA approve yet, but mark my words, as soon as they get approved, no one will ever use the semi solid ones. And i'm not talking about breast implants, they are specifically designed for buttocks augmentation, and can resist the pressure of the strongest gluteal muscle. 10 years ago If you asked an American Plastic Surgeon which breast implant was the best, saline or silicone, the answer would always be saline, that was the only option they had at that time, Ask now and you will see that saline implants are almost never used any more.
