What is this bone looking thing in my nose? Should I be worried? (photo)

I just noticed this a couple of days ago. It doesn’t seem to bother me at the moment. Although is there anything I should be worried about with this thing in my nose?

That is the lower edge of the nasal septum which is composed of cartilage. It is known as a caudal septum.

You are seeing the edge of a piece of cartilage. Specifically, that is the edge of the medial crura of the lower lateral cartilage. Totally normal. It is more visible in some people because a deviated septum can push that cartilage out and make it more noticeable.
