Does IQOS stain your teeth and can I smoke with it after teeth whitening?

I have been using the home self whitening treatment. My dentist told me if i am to smoke cigarettes or drink coffee, better do it 1 hour after taking the bracers out and use milk in my coffee. I have been wondering, if it's the same case with IQOS
