How Large an Area Does an Exilis Treatment Cover?

Question

I am 43 years old and 140 lbs. I work out regularly but am considering exilis for my butt and my upper thighs and possibly my upper arms since I am noticing loss of firmness in all these areas regardless of how often I work out. I was wondering how large an area is affected by each treatment (ie is each thigh considered a separate area, if done on my butt will I notice tightening in my thighs as well...)?

Thank you for our question regarding Exilis. Each thigh would be considered a separate treatment area. Only areas directly treated with Exilis will be affected by the treatment. If you want to see improvement in fat reduction or skin tightening on your thighs they would need to be treated separately from your buttocks. Hi,

	We base time and cost of Exilis Elite on the manufacturer's recommended treatment protocol. For face and neck, there is a certain amount of minutes that are recommended per given area and energy.  For the body areas, the pricing is based on treatment of a 5x7inch area.  So if you are doing both thighs, you want to factor two 5x7 areas into your time and cost!

Exilis can be performed in most areas of the body. It can tighten skin as well as decrease fat. During each session we treat an area that is essentially the size of two large hands (usually one hand on each side of the body or face). Two different areas can often be treated in any one visit. The area that is treated by Exilis will respond to treatment and the skin will tighten. Each person is different as to how much response they get but generally doing an area on the buttocks will not tighten the thigh. It is best to plan out with the technician exactly which areas you want to improve the most and focus on those areas at the start.
