Lamprobe Treatment of Skin Tags and Brown Spots?

I visited a spa on Dec. 21 to use a Groupon that I had purchased for Lamprobe treatment of skin tags and brown spots. I was told the brown spots she treated on my cheeks would scab and drop off and to not pick at them, I didn't however, almost 6 weeks later the area she treated is still very red and looks even worse than the brown spots did. What can I do? I did call the salon and left a message but no one called me back!

Thank you for your question. I would recommend to start using hydroquinone 4% morning and night six weeks prior to laser treatment. Fractional treatment is very effective for suppressing discoloration and evening out skintone. Skinpen which is a microneedling device that would also be beneficial for getting rid of melasma.
