Can my nostril be reshaped? (Photos)

with alar plasty the nostrils can be narrowed. The shape of the nostrils can also be changed. However it is very difficult to change the shape in a significant way. Sometimes it has to be accompanied with the tip plasty to achieve that change.

Yes you can change the shape of your nostrils especially the flaring. The opening can be made narrower as well if you wish

Your photos are a bit grainy, but you appear to have a wide nasal base and perhaps a droopy nasal tip appearance. Rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for achieving tip and nostril narrowing, along with tip-lifting. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph
