Can I have a bridge supported on one side by implants and the other on tooth structure?

it was common practice early dys but now not. now a day its not recommended. because that increases implant failure rate, but when situation is compromised and other options are not open in that case it is advisable.

This is a challenging situation. You should not connect natural teeth to implants. It is also not ideal to support a six unit bridge on a tooth that has a root canal and post. This is a lot of stress on an compromised tooth. Understand that this may buy you some time but you may find yourself replacing 6,7, and 11 with implants and doing another bridge in the near future.
