Can I use minoxidil on my whole thin side of head? Or it will be harmful?

I have lost my hairs due to MBP. Now using minoxidil and finasteride. But my one side of head is very thin? Can I use minoxidil on full side of head (donor area)as well . and will the results permanant in donor area.

The major side effect of Finasteride (either before or after children ) is decreased libido and/or erectile dysfunction.This occurs in approximately 1-2 % of users.This can occur anywhere from a few days after starting the medication to months later.So far it sounds like you are ok.
