Will I need to get a tooth pulled for Invisalign treatment?

From your photo which was a bit blurry, I cannot see a reason to extract any teeth.  It is much less common to extract teeth with orthodontic procedures and I do not see your situation being extremely crowded.  Discuss your concerns with your dentist and let them know any of your treatment desires and restrictions as they can plan your treatment several different ways.

I don't think that will be necessary.    Space can be created by either widening the arch by moving teeth outward or doing IPR(small amount of sanding between all the front teeth). We have been successful straightening teeth that are a lot more crowded than yours without removing teeth.
