I am getting Invisalign treatment and soon and I was wondering would I need to get one of my tooth pulled for the treatment. As you can see in the picture, my lower right lateral and central teeth are very cramped and I am concerned that it will affect the effectiveness of my treatment. Please advise and thank you very much for your time in advance.

Invisalign could probably do the trick, however it won't be as simple as an invisible tray. Buttons and other elements would have to be used to get your tooth moved. Often these things eliminate the 'invisible' aspect of Invisalign. Certainly, it would be a lot less noticeable than traditional...
Yes, you can still wear your retainer prior to having implants put in. Following the implant surgery, you should schedule an appointment with your dentist/orthodontist to see if any adjustment to your tray needs to be made.

Most likely yes your face structure will return to the way it was. As you stated it only changed after you stopped wearing your retainer. Teeth have a memory and will always want to return to the way they were before, so be sure to stay on top of your Invisalign treatment and wear the retainers...
