Is this black triangle to small of an area for bonding? (Photo)

I have this black triangle since i had a very hard stress time. I saw two dentist for that and both say it's too little for bonding. I see video of girl with same thing and they have composit bonding (they look good and they are happy with them). I just met a lazy dentist and i need to continue to see other one (i paid 60$ for an advice...) or yes it's true, it's too little for bonding ? Thank you
