What procedure would be best for dark circles under my eyes? (Photos)

a little bit about myself. i have a concern with dark circles. i went to a dermatologist and she prescribed an AHA BHA cream. i thought it was hyperpigmentation so i tried many skincare products like niacinamide, glycolic acid, azelaic acid, transexamic acid aswell as eye brightening creams. but nothing ever made a difference to my dark circles. i saw pictures of myself from when i was 5 years of age and i had dark circles back then too. yet i still couldn't figure out whether it's genetics or lifestyle. one of my parents has dark circles and hollow under eyes. so i'm starting to consider PRP. is that a right choice?
