Whats procedure suitable for a depressed, gutter-like scar? (Photos)

Its been 12 days i got into a car accident and it left me with these scars The one on top of the eyebrow is very depressed and surrounded by a fine gutter like scar. It doesnt look like the skin are coming together. The left side of it is flat but also has gutter. Not coming together as well. What procedure would help? Fillers, dermasion, fraxel or co2 laser resurfacing?

Vitamin C intake at 1,000 mg per day will certainly help things along, but how much it will improve and speed things up is questionable?  Remember, the intake of anything goes systemically. Therefore, your face is getting about 5% of the benefit the rest of your skin is getting....
