HIFU or EmsculptNeo/Emsculpt for my tummy and love handles?

Both treatments will work. They will strengthen and tone your muscles. Your love handles will not be eliminate with EMSculpt however, as they are made up of fat, which would need to be removed.

The Emsculpt reduces fat buy building muscle.HIFU uses heat to kill fat.
If you have access to someone with EmSculpt Neo you can get both effects in on treatment.
HIFU is cosmetic. Emsculpt is cosmetic but also makes you stronger.
I do think that Emsculpt is better for fat reduction in the mid line. The love handles are in a spot that Emsculpt may be less effective.

The treatments are completely different and do different things. Emsculpt simply causes temporary muscle strengthening. I’m not a big fan of nonsurgical fat removal options. They tend to be unpredictable and imprecise. When they work they create problems because of lack of precision. Most of the time they don’t work so they don’t cause those problems. For example cool sculpting when effective can leave what looks like a cell phone imprint from the suction cup used. You didn’t include pictures so we can’t really make an assessment.

Find the most educated, experienced and talented providers in your area and ask for their assistance. If you go to a med spa or aesthetic clinic you will get the treatments limited to their toolbox. Choose providers who have a fully loaded toolbox so you have access to all treatment options.
