I've had melasma for 3 years. I tried alopathy & homeopathy but didn't get positive response. What's an alternative? (Photo)

I am suffering melasma last 3 years. Still taking treatment homeopahty last 9 months under Dr. Batra homeopathy clinic. no positive result shown. I always apply spf 30. From Batra clinic. 1 year ago I was take treatment from apollo gleneagles hospital under Dr. Sachin varma. from there no positive response the melasma come back again if I stop medicine. apply leaser & chemical philing treatment 3 times. Take medicine from dr. varma 5 months. No permanent recovery.
